Step By Step Instructions
Step 1: Paint a base of your choice, light colour
Step 2: on ¾ of the base paint a bright colour. Lightly
Step 3: Using a dotting tool create the shape of an island S
tep 4: Fill your island in using a dotting tool
Step 5 : Using the same technique as step 3 make the shape of the sun
Step 6: Fill the sun in using a dotting tool
Step 7: Using the same dotting tool create the trunk of a of a palm tree, and the stem of the palm Leaves
Step 8: add some detail of the palm leaves using your dotting tool Step 9: with your dotting tool create some ripples in the water
Step 10: also with your dotting tool apply a silver glitter polish here and there on the water.

Tip Top: Melting Marshmellow
Tip Top: Pot’o’Berries
Planet Nails – French White
Tip Top – Nior Wet n Wild – Kalidescope (glitter)
A small dotting tool (marbling tool)
