*** JUDGING NOTES ***
What I love about Samantha’s nail art is her never ending creativity and her entry was complete. (She sent 7 entries to my last contest.) Her gradient skills are flawless and I love that she included the step-by-step photos, even though that was not a requirement for this contest. Ultimately, this design has a lot going on which increases it’s beauty but I felt it is more of an Intermediate level design.
